Sed puts customers first and really cares about his job and his clients. He is a passionate and very knowledgeable mechanic with a great sense of humour. Sed went out of his way to show me all products he used. He shared photos of everything and gave me a great price for the services provided. Sed also is a great communicator and stayed in contact re timings and the work that needed to be done and why. The work was completed quickly and I’m now back on the road with no issues thanks to Sed’s work. I will definitely be recommending Sed to my family and friends who live in Sydney.

I needed both my cars serviced urgently and Mr logbook managed to take the time out of his weekend and book my cars in! He turned up on time, thoroughly checked my cars and had them serviced in a timely manner. He used top quality Penrite oil, explained in detail what he was doing throughout the process. It was refreshing to see someone that take so much pride in his work. He went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations in every possible way. He changed my car key battery for free and made sure the engine looked immaculately clean after he was done with the service. Thank you Mr. Logbook, you are a perfect exampleof a great and trustworthy mechanic!

In fact, l cannot find a word to express the kindness of Sed and to describe how amazing he is. He is so professional, experienced and technically know how. Sed, provided a service like I have never experienced from a mobile mechanic or mechanic in a workshop. He explained the work he was doing, why he was doing it and the products he was using. Whilst doing the service, he showed me parts of the car that didn't need to be worked on, but may need to be in the future, so never once did he try to sell me a service that was not required. He was extremely professional, was on time, he even cleaned the engine after the service. Sed quoted the service over the phone, after the jib was completed, he reduced the price given the work that was required. This is the mechanic you should call.
