The best serviced McDonald's in Illawarra area in my opinion. The staffs are super friendly and environment is awesome unbelievable clean.

Terrible experience _ Ordered a meal through one of the machines there and made the payment, the payment went through but didn't receive any receipt or order number. Went to the Counter and was advised to go to another machine and order again. Did the same thing and this time the order went through. But when I checked my bank the money for the first order was deducted. Showed my transaction to the cashier. He said the money will go back to my account in 48 hours. Was advised if not, come back here and we sort this out for you. I mentioned that I am not living in your city and came for a visit and can't come back here. The cashier said call us and we will organise the payment. Called 4 days later and talked to the Manager and she insisted that I have to go back there if I want my money back. I mentioned I can't as I live in Sydney and can't come to Wollongong just for a refund. She insisted that she can't do anything for me without any apology. Definitely won't recommend this McDonald's. So unsatisfactory...

Ordered brekkie through the app , drive in very busy. Made it to the front of the queue, they stuffed up the order number, took a few minutes to resolve. Eventually told to drive on through, get to the counter and its 10:40 so they won't honour my breakfast order and they want me to decide what else i want while the whole queue waits. Needless to save myself and the rest of the queue further hassle. Sort yourselves out!

Don't argue with the manager in the drive-thru about waiting in the car park because when you do get your food it will look like a dog's breakfast, half my hotcakes were torn and two were missing 30% of the hotcake.Not sure why I was asked to wait for fresh food when I received this anyways

Never order for delivery as almost every time they forget to put something in. And they won’t do anything about it, all you can do is go and pick it up but the whole purpose to getting it delivered is so you don’t have to drive. Don’t waste your time and money

Worst coffee ☕️ I have ever had.Ordered a small double shot flat white, it was undrinkable .Also Ordered two hot cross buns, toasted with butter failed to deliver them, had to ask when they were coming, they forgot I had ordered them.NEVER GOING BACK.
