Staff were very rude and inpatient. I went in to try the Flip Fold4 for gaming purposes to see how battle royale games would register with a device more compact than an iPad mini. The device itself takes a very long time to install and update a single app for gaming with the battle Royale feature with exiting the app and entering it multiple times. The device struggles to hold the game and render smoothly with maximum storage available for optimizing content. Not to mention being harassed by the worker and security as soon as the app had actually finished installing and was able to load efficiently.I think waiting for Fortress to open in Central Square is more desirable for gaming, even with compact devices.

Bought the Rangehood at Harvey norman Bondi Junction, didn’t fit properly and they refused to take it back! Manager Dion said the box been opened so you can try to sell online as second hand! Just rood and couldn’t give a damp.If you can buy somewhere else.

Worst customer service ever experienced. Misplaces a 9 months old store issed gift voucher from Bondi Juction store. Would like to Ask for a replacement if possible Operator over the phone no even try to check in their system and tell me it had been expired and unable re-issue again. When you purchasing in store is friendly, after purchase you will become a evil. Will not purchase anything in Harvey Norman again. Very disappointed.

I cant rate this store high enough .. A. the determination to get the right product and price and then B. the client service and care of the staff is second to none. I esp want to call out the tech team of LISA and PAUL for going above and beyond in a very stressful IT transition time .. thank you for your patience and care. james

STAY AWAY FROM HARVEY NORMAN!!!Last year I bought an Acer Aspire 5 laptop from Harvey Norman Bondi. I spent nearly $1000, plus extra $100 for Product Care (I fell for their sales pitch).Over the following year I had a number of minor issues, like shocking battery life, unreliable charging port, a key that came loose, then fell off completely, and eventually it became more serious when the screen turned stark bright, and stopped working altogether.But hey, since I had the Product Care with such a reputable retailer, I was sure I’d be looked after. Well, I couldn’t be more wrong. Btw, they outsource product care to some unknown company, which couldn’t care less how satisfied you are with their service. No affiliation with HN whatsoever. They told me that the screen was physically damaged (bul!), that I must’ve pulled the key out on purpose (what?!?), and basically every other issue must be my fault. So no repair, no refund, nothing!!! I tried to involve Fair Trading to no avail.Eventually I decided to sell the laptop for parts. I then discovered that the original 8GB RAM has been swapped for 4GB! Shame on you Harvey Norman!Bottom line, if you’re planning to buy a pricey device from HN, think again!!! Or prey there won’t be any

I have been coming here for years and Agy in the photography lab is fantastic. She provides great customer service, is attentive and extremely patient with all the customers. She’s an asset to the business. I told the manager on duty and he was also extremely lovely and keen to let Agy know of the great impression she’s making on their customers. I have always received great service from Harvey Norman Bondi Junction. Credit where its due because customer service, especially these days, really set businesses apart.

Horrible experience with Paul Howell 1/05/23!!! It seems other people have also had a poor experience with this unprofessional and disgraceful so called manager" / "owner". We have been loyal customers at Harvey Norman for the past 10 years and have always had a great experience
