These guys are geniuses - found a second hand Mercedes S350 bumper bar from a photo and sold it to me for a reasonable price - thank you Gold Coast Headlights and Bumpers 5 star service

Terrible customer service!! I contacted them for an aftermarket car part. They took a 50% deposit to order the part in, i waited over 4 days for the part to come in. Once I started asking about the return policy, the person that was texting me starting giving me an attitude, he then starting complaining how he is making 20$ ?? He then proceeds to be rude and then blocked my number.I then called the store number, and the guy answered and still proceeded to be rude, and refusing to give me my money back. This company is a scamming time waste place. They still haven’t returned my deposit. Terrible experience!!

This is one of the few places in qld to go for your car parts when the rest of the markets have been taken over by some greedy forces who try to squeeze the ordinary people with high prices. In Brisbane, I was told to pay $500 for a single light, but got it for much less in Gold Coast headlights and parts. The only challenge I have is the distance, but it is still better than the greedy wreckers in Brisbane.
