Our 7 year old had received behavioural therapy from this provider for approximately 12 months.However, her school informed us that her behaviour had become worse, same at home.After that, we ceased their services.We had been asking for a continence nurse for her, and a nurse turned up once to ask us questions about her toileting. That was it.She had not received occupational therapy for approx 8 months.This providers therapist NEVER attended school to help with her behaviour , so her teachers never received advice on how to help her better.I would not recommend this provider to anyone.We have sought a new provider & have already heard from the continence nurse & he is seeing us tomorrow.Behavioural therapist already organised & shall attend her school to help her & to give advice to her teachers.And that is just in a 48 hour period.
