Helpful service, they need more staff though

There is a line out the door, you have 2 staff on and 2 counters not being operated.

Ladies always lovely when i go in which i really appreciate however i have a post box which i was told if i have a parcel itll be placed in a redbox. 6-8 times this has not happened and ive had to go in to collect my package and seeing as i work the same hours i have to wait until following week or days off to even collect it which is a super nuisance especially when i have to do another trip to pick it up

I was applying for a passport renewal for my kids (under 16) and submitted all the forms that they asked for.went home and after an hour a lady rang me to come back and needs to sign an additional form, it was nearly closing time (Saturday) so she told me to comeback Monday, I asked her a name that I can ask for the said form but she said that anyone in the front desk can help me. Anyway I went there Monday and told them about the form and everyone was asking if I receive an email about my enquiry and they can’t help me without the email. I was trying to explain but it seems the lady wasn’t interested to listen at all. Lucky the same lady who assisted the other lady last Saturday was there and she knew about the form. I was expecting a better way on how they should handle this situation. For me this was a poor communication among the workers or a poor process to handle this. Hope this won’t happen again to anyone.

I'm always impressed with just how well the Aus Post network works. We should be thankful.

The staff here are always keen to save you money with other postage options etc. They're also very fast (don't be afraid of a long line) without rushing you or making your custom feel unwanted!

I took my mother in law to buy a phone and she had been there the previous day to pay a gas bill and had given them too much money. So when we turned up to buy the phone they gave her the money back. How good is that. Plus they were amazily helpful with the phone. 10 out of 10

I've only experienced friendly service from this outlet. In fact I travel extra distance to avoid one employee at an outlet closer to my CBD location.

Over 50min to get through 9 customers! You should really consider hiring people capable of doing the job faster then a patato.
