I highly recommend Pack and Send Newtown for anyone looking for packing and moving services. I had to pack and move my stuffs from Sydney to Melbourne and Pack and Send did an amazing job for me and the delivery to Melbourne was done within 2 business days. I am definitely going to use their services in the future!

Their packaging leaves a lot to be desired. Price charged for the painting I had transported interstate was based on final package dimension thickness of 150mm but the actual package thickness was 50mm. Additionally, they use thinner cardboard and a lot less bubble wrap than what I've typically experienced from other Pack & Send franchises utilised for the same purpose. From the quotes I had obtained they were the cheapest by far but you get what you pay for. So, something to keep in mind if you go with these guys.

I wish I could give this Pack & Send 25 stars. I am in America and I buy a fair bit of art all over Australia and New Zealand. The Pack & Send in Auckland is good, but this one is great! If you are in Sydney - no matter which suburb - I highly recommend you deal with Mr Kuppyreddy at this Pack & Send in Newtown. I have had very bad experiences with others closer to the CBD. I bought a picture at auction recently, and these guys picked it up, packed it so securely it took 15 minutes to unwrap, sent it to the East Coast of America in 4 days, and the cost for all of that was extremely reasonable. Like I said, 25 stars!

I had to send a large (150 cm x 100 cm) oil painting interstate from Sydney. I talked to Pack & Send 2 months before the required date, and again 1 month before. It was easy to arrange online and the office people I talked to were very friendly and helpful. The delivery went smoothly, with tracking updates. They called me when the delivery had been done--an unexpected bonus. I would definitely recommend this company, and will use their services again.
