Wanted to hang some curtains for my new place, being a bloke knowing so little about this type of crafting and such, the staff were very helpful and patient. Thankyou for your help. The curtains hung well and are a great fit.Side note - to the nice cashier going through her last trimester, hope all goes well with your birth and baby. I felt for you being on your feet all day. This did not stop you from being cheerful helpful and happy. All the best for the imminent future and motherhood.

Staff is not as friendly. It is hard to get help and if you ask for help they just answer short and unfriendly. I don't like to go there with questions. Would shop a lot more if the people would like to give advice and help you with questions.

It's ok but maybe it needs a store revamp nothing has moved around that's great of coarse but a fresh look and new shelving ideas maybe even a few mock displays even just clearer labelling and identification of ares and I didn't see any real discounted stuff and as they have been there forever and especially after ChristmasOther than that I have always found the staff to be very friendly at the front counter and a little hard to find on the floor but helpful all the same

Good sized store with a pretty good range, however it can be difficult to navigate around and find items. We recently had a bad experience where items were not in their correct location and cost us a lot more than we realised. Would recommend over lincraft in Caboolture.

Nice shop. It's a bit expensive but apparently they price match. So therefore can be the same prices as other stores. Staff are lovely. Lots of yarn colours to choose from. Massive sellection of material. The store is very busy.

Good range, good prices with fabric, craft range, paints, bedding. Wheelchair accessible. Amazing staff in fabrics. Staff carry package to car for elderly.

It’s always a maze to find what you want at these stores as there is very limited signage. It’s a pity they have the market cornered on craft stores as they could do way better.I always feel like I’m a hamster in a maze when I go to spotlight.

This is an absolutely amazing Spotlight. All the staff I dealt with were not just professional, but also very courteous. From the original phone call, to going into store, it was a pleasure. I was able to get a machine for my partner and save $150 using her phone number for her VIP card. The lady on the phone put aside something for me to collect. On store, she was extremely helpful and supportive. Very polite and professional. I will be contacting Spotlight to ensure she gets acknowledged.In this shop I'm a fish out of water, but the staff made me feel comfortable. Highly recommended. Thanks again!
