Had a garage door installed by these guys recently.They agreed to also install a panel on the side of the car port, which was confirmed in email. After paying the deposit, they refused to install the panel because they had no spare panels in their warehouse.The owner Adam showed up at my house and threatened to smash the garage door if i didn't pay the remaining amount. Had to call the police because they refused to get off my property and were getting aggressive.Ended up taking $100 off the cost due to the panel. Ultimately got what i wanted, but not a happy experience.

We recently had two garage doors installed for our new home - a rear roller door and a custom front sectional door. Our garage had some different requirements due to the wall system we used for our build. Bill visited onsite and came up with a great approach for installation from the outset. The doors that we now have are exceptional, and a reflection on Bill and the rest of the team. You can have a look elsewhere, but you'll find Tower are fair on price and provide high quality doors, motors & support, and have a real focus on their customers.

Had a great experience with these guys installing my new roller door. The installation was fast, cheap and easy. The motor is almost completely silent. Price came in about $300 cheaper than the quote we got elsewhere. Would definitely recommend.
