Iv rang 240 Amusements on several occasions, asking for help and advice each time I have spoken to John who has been nothing short of a wealth of knowledge, each time identifying the faults with the various machines I have enquired about and each time saving me a lot of money and a lot of time, which as a businessman he doesn’t have to do, but does it willingly and gladly…. TOP MARKS to these guys, know there stuff inside and out they are seriously are a one-stop shop for Amusement machines thanks again. John and I’ll see you soon with my Rolling Stones pinball

Have personally dealt with Jason for many years and have never had an issue. All purchased items have been satisfactory and reliable. Jason is very professional and a pleasure to deal with and will keep doing business for a long time to come.

Beginning of last year I bought a Daytona twin unit, they worked hard on the machine to get it into great condition. Any issues that have come up it has been fixed fast and while also educating myself on the maintenance I can do. Look forward to doing business with them again!

Have been using 240 as my main source of arcade PCB/components for a while now. Always been best prices (even including shipping to Perth).Hundreds of emails with Jason, top bloke, always replies to emails within 2 hours and always follows up after a purchase.Orders arrive on time and as described.Had an issue with an order (which was due to my hardware in the end, not a faulty item) and 240 even shipped back to me at no cost - how is that for customer service?I have no hesitation in recommending these guys and will continue to be my first stop for any arcade orders.EDIT - 16/02/18Another large, expensive order just arrived from 240. Recently had need for after sales service from 240. Jason went above and beyond with his time and effort. He stayed in touch, kept me informed - it was truly appreciated. He solved my problem. What a champion.

John is not available for field repair until end of Jan 2023. Helped me out though messenger to fix my arcade at home free of charge. No, I do not know John before this morning. Cheers John and thanks for prompt reply.

I have been a customer of 240 amusements for over 3 years - I have bought numerous Arcade boards and have had no problems. I have only had positive experiences. Excellent customer service every time. Highly recommended! Genuine long term customer.

After being in the market for a candy cab since a family tragedy late last year, I was referred to 240.com.au via a reputable Arcade Forum, and reached out to them via email for availability of a machine. I immediately had a response from Jason in the evening, and then received a follow up call the next day explaining they have a unit, and wanted to give me the best unit, even replacing the screen with one without burn in. A week later received the machine, and finally got to turn it on. Unfortunately had a minor issue with player 2 not working correctly, and was dealt with promptly from Jason and John, making sure that I was up and running without any issues. I cannot thank you Jason and your team enough for your effort, honesty, and support especially with the recent lockdowns with COVID, delivering exceptional service.
