Petrina has been fantastic at adhering to our privacy procedures (e.g. separate bins for document destruction versus general waste) and holds our highest confidences in this regard. She is fast and efficient, and we trust that the number of hours billed accurately reflects the amount of time spent each week. On weeks where there might be less to clean (e.g. Christmas holiday periods with staff away) - she is proactive in finding other spring cleaning" tasks that might not fit into the available time during general weekly cleans to ensure she is adding value for her services."
