Ettalong Carpets provide the most fantastic service. Tom and John were extremely patient and helpful throughout the process of quoting, providing samples and waiting for my renovations to be completed so that they could lay my new flooring - and their work was faultless. They are a small family business who take pride in their work and have a real interest in their customer's needs. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

After getting a couple of quotes from elsewhere my nephew reminded me about Ettalong Carpets and I am so glad he did. Evan in the showroom was extremely helpful and John who came out to measure up and quote was the only person to suggest putting ramps under the carpet where it met the new tiles so that the heights would match. They also organised a carpenter to adjust door heights where the carpet was raised by the ramps. I didn’t have to do anything other than choose the carpet. The guys who came out to lay the carpets couldn’t have been nicer and nothing was any trouble. I am very happy that I used Ettalong Carpets.

We had carpets installed in a new build and these guys were a pleasure to deal with. They were patient with some unforeseen delays to our install date. Friendly, helpful, professional service. The product and result were outstanding and stood up to a flood resulting from a minor plumbing issue! Beautiful and resilient carpets.

Customer treatment is abysmal !After I accepted quote from John and Evan , I called three times to schedule job. I was promised a call back but it never happened?! Avoid these people like the plague and take your business elsewhere!!!

My husband and I went to Ettalong Carpets because we had been referred to them by multiple locals. I spoke with John about our tight deadline. He was very confident and assured us that we could get a new carpet put in on our short 13-day timeframe.When we showed up at the store, we got the pleasure of working with Tom who went above and beyond to help us! He offered to show us samples of carpet at first in store, then in our new home, to ensure we got the colour and quality of carpet we wanted. He measured, quoted, ordered, and installed the new carpet well before our moving day.The carpet looks wonderful and it's durable--it has an ACCS rating of 6 (Extra Heavy Duty)-- and it's also low VOC (Volatile Off-gassing Compound). On top of this, it was laid beautifully! There are some corners in our house I have no idea how they fit so snugly, but they did it!Bravo Ettalong Carpets! Great range of carpets, staff very helful & advised which was the best carpet for our requirements. I would recommend them so professional. Carpet layed within a fortnight. They were quick & very tidy.

I booked in a quote with this company last week. I rang them in the day to confirm they were coming but they said they could not find my booking. They said they would check and ring me back. No one called me back so I called again. They said they would check again and call me back. They rang back and said they would be here at 4pm. It is now 5pm and I am still waiting...
