Bunnings Malaga

Sorry Bunnings would like to give you more but 4 staff talking to each other at the front entrance and behind front counter where you get your keys cut despite long queues on Wednesday evening was deplorable.Buggarred up all 10 keys cut and I only worked that out AfFTER distributing to staff. Had to get them all back & Bunnings staff member acknowledged it was not cut properly st the front. Then had to waste more time driving to some of my staff's houses that night to distribute again.Must acknowledge Paul there who actually wants to assist customers! Get him to train everyone else & you'd have a winning team!

If you give staff eye contact to ask a question or help for a particular item. Guarantee they will flee in the other direction . It’s a chore for them, not their job.

Store is close to home and convenient.The shelves at the store are low in stock and untidy.The trolleys they use to stack the shelves are always in the way, there are empty boxes lying in the aisles. Bit unsafe walking around there at times.Balcatta store is always stocked with more variety and much more tidy.

Each team member is always helpful, approachable, polite, knowledgeable, and efficient in their role. They all have a sense of humour and seem to enjoy their job. Always a positive experience.

A visit on a Saturday afternoon was disappointing. A great variety of merchandise, but maybe Bunnings should hire additional staff, as we never got served by the single, very busy emloyee (who was doing her best to attend everybody) despite waiting for nearly 25 minutes.

Pick up a few things for the garden......

Searched for the product online availability before I went to purchase the items. Found them at the aisle and bay as stipulated easily. Was out in less than 5 minutes - easy peasy shopping convenience! Great and friendly service staff. Thank goodness for Bunnings!

BOUGHT A NEW LAWNMOWER ,CHRIS IN THAT DEPARTMENT WAS FANTASTIC MADE SURE GOT THE RIGHT MOWER AND GOT A E-RECIEPT IN CASE ANYTHING HAPPENS TO IT WITHIN 3YEAR WARRANTY.

I went to Bunnings Malaga for the first time on my way home to grab some mesh and some tent pegs.Found what I needed however the Mesh was too big so I saw a gentleman in the isle and I asked could this be cut here. He replies NO in a grumpy tone, get some snips, asked where to get them at the Tool store he replied. Go to the tool Store see a lovely lady named Julie M.B She advised me you don't need to purchase any snips go down to Trade store and they will let you measure it and then be able to cut it yourself. Cool I said .. Off I went to the Trade section was advised that doesn't happen here you have to go around the corner to the to the gate so off I go to the gate and Two gents were there I asked if I could use their snips they look at me with a blank face handed me a tool which was not snips, which I remarked that this is not snips they say no .. I went ok so now what and then I said well I will go and purchase my own snips and do it. They said yes that is what you have to do. Went back to Julie M.B she was horrified I was back there and I advised her this is the worse Bunnings I have ever been to and that Personnel there need to learn some service. She apologised and I said no problems at all and I advised her she was the only helpful person in the whole place and for that I say thank you Julie M.B. The rest oh my goodness very sad situation. Has service gone out the window ? :(
