I saw one of the staff Xmas nail which I really liked so i got the same. They did good shape and designs. Highly recommend this place!

Absolutely shocking customer service and pedicure! Firstly I had to wait an hour before being seen to! (Was not told there would be a wait just got told to take a seat and they put water in the bowl straight away) I think had to ask if I could look at colours! Wasn’t even asked if I was doing shellac or normalThen when they eventually came to me they were soo rude and rough! Was not an enjoyable pedicure, didn’t even file my feet properly the massage was pathetic and the nails were soo painful! Definitely do not recommend anyone going to this place for a pedicure worst experience of my life!!

Went into this shop for a pedicure and manicure. Sat in pedicure seat and a lady got started asking another girl to start on my manicure. Two girls ignored her and were on their mobiles. 10 minutes goes by and still on phones. So I say don't worry about manicure, I'll just have pedicure. As nice as the lady was she drew blood removing skin. So now I have a big red mark. Having to spray antiseptic so it won't get infected. Will never go there again. Should have gone around the corner to fantasy nails

Deluxe Spa Pedicure- Did a good job though spent more time on one than the other, poss due to the fact how busy they became putting themselves under pressure, rather than asking people to wait or come back, it became rushed & she could've spent more time exfoliating my feet better as missed some spots. Wanted the Deluxe but really that just means paying extra for Shellac.Overall happy but Still searching for the one!

Wonderful experience very friendly staff. Me and my friend absolutely love how she did our nails and the price was very cheap (we got the 10% student discount). Would highly recommend and we will be sure to come back. Our new favourite nail salon!

I’ve been a visitor of this salon for a while, often choosing to ignore the horrible service as the nails were normally quite good. But honestly I’ve had it. The staff are so incredibly rude it’s almost a joke, never ever have I encountered such horrible, rude staff. As a service worker myself, I understand stressful periods of time and getting upset at rude customers but they are just so nasty here! I got a pedicure just recently, the woman reluctantly applied scrub to my legs (didn’t wash it off), didn’t take off cuticles or dead skin, left shellac all over my toes and made rude remarks regarding the length of my toenails (even laughing and pointing at them to her colleague.) The same woman just recently did my nails and was horrible again, rude the entire process, didn’t do the shape I asked for, all nails were different lengths, bubbly and thick. It’s just not worth it. Especially to be almost bullied, then have to hand $60 over. Quite upsettingly, I don’t think I’ll be back.

Very dirty floor and equipment, no massage in the pedicure and hardly any foot scrub. Technician laughed when I pointed out there was still lots of skin that should have been removed.Shellac stuck to my skin all over and has stuck my nails to the skin underneath. And $100 for the honour! Do not recommend.

The shop, chairs, arm rests were filthy. Nails all over the floor. The girl doing my pedicure was so busy talking on the phone at the same time she cut into my skin making me yelp in pain & bleed. I told her to get of the phone & concentrate on what she was doing. It was the worst experience. The other 2 staff members were sitting playing with their phones. Why weren’t they cleaning the place up.

So unhappy with their services. They advertise their acrylic nails with tops for $60, understandably depending on length and their time, I was sure it was going to be closer to $70 (and was happy to pay) however I wanted them fairly short, they told me they wouldn’t be able to do it to the length I wanted and with the acrylics on, and having started the service I wasn’t going to walk away and be out of pocket from the service they have started & having them take it off. I agreed to much longer length than my reference photo (French tip). Once I got to the counter to pay I asked for a student discount which they have advertised as well. They said they could only do it if I paid cash, which I didn’t carry. I asked if I could pop over to the atm to get some cash out if I left my student ID and bag with them. They refused. Now 10% wouldn’t have been much but off $90 ($30 more than what was advertised) I asked if they could please take the 10% off as it’s very obvious I’m a student & they have charged me $30 more than what is advertised. They refused.All in all I walked away $90 poorer for a basic French tip in nails that were no where near my reference photo. My nails have been on a week — I’ve done nothing out of the ordinary that I would have done with my nails on, usually in the summer I’m in and out of the pool/ beach, I’ve worked with nails on, looked after children & they usually last 3 weeks. — I’ve noticed they are coming up on the side.Usually I go to a different nail salon, but I was in the area & during school holidays my usual nail salon is extremely busy.I’m extremely unhappy with my service. I would recommend going to a different nail salon. Not only this but their staff are not friendly, the whole time I was only spoken to when they asked & told me my nail length wasn’t gonna happen and at check out.
