I just ordered a meal through Uber eats. The entire order (3x burgers, nuggets, chips) are freezing cold and stale.I ordered 6 sauces. 2 are missing and three are the wrong ones.I ordered a large iced chocolate and received a coke instead.The large cokes that were part of the meal a filled 3/4 of the way.Are you guys serious with this?How dare you give customers such disgusting food / beverages.You are absolutely ridiculous.What a JOKE of a fast food restaurant.YUCK

Lofa is such a good manager! Amazing customer service, and also knows how to keep customers coming back to the branch. He made sure I left satisfied and packed my order well. Even, when I was in the waiting bay he come out for himself wanted to assure I was happy.I honestly was really happy and pleased with my experience with him and his team. Well done ! We need more people with that positive energy and great spirit in the fast food industry !

Most of the time this Hungry Jack's is good but I have been and-drive through closed more than 1 occasion-no rebel Whoppas available more than 1 occasion-rebel whoppa over cooked more than 1 occasion(I don't mind this but alot of people would )Generally they are good

They need to train their staff about observation and good active listening skills. Numerous time we order and end up being overcharged and chips are sometimes cold, not acceptable. We all deserve hot chips around the clock no excuses. Good management begin with feedback and improving.

Although I don't eat here often, I do frequently go through the drive-thru. When I'm hungry late at night and want something filling, this is the fast food place I prefer. I find it better than the other two fast food places nearby, and the drive-thru is fantastic - the staff are friendly and efficient. I've always received good quality food and I don't have to waste much time getting in and out. It's been very reliable, and I want to give kudos to the staff and management for their great work.

Been there many times. Food, service and atmosphere is as expected.However other users(customers) left their rubbish on an outdoor table.Come on now it's not that difficult to use the bin 4 steps away. The staff work under pressure to get your meals ready ASAP.Got a compliment from the young woman serving me. How nice the colour of my nail polish looked great.Very humbling experience for meThanks Hungry Jacks GranvilleCheers

Had bad experience at Granville Hungry Jack's, the kids didn't read the order and sent out my food. They didn't give my Carolina fried, I went to the counter to tell a young girl about this they gave me the missing order without appologising and gave me an arnoying face. She seems doesn't want to be there.Another issue is I ordered a burger extra mayo they didn't put extra mayoand a normal large fried, they extra extra salt, OMGthere many young staff working here please don't make the notices.Thank you for the two manager for listening to my feedback.This restaurant need to improve the service and food standards.
