Usually you get down here early in the morning and it's all go, go, go, taking samples from two and sometimes three at a time.Today complete opposite. There is a room of elderly people most of whom are fasting with only one nurse taking samples whilst another two are doing whatever. Grantedmight

Highly recommend- lovely staff and plenty of parking!Despite opening 30mins late due to issues with the keys I had the best experience here, best DHM experience to date in fact. The lady who took my blood was kind, happy and caring nothing was too much trouble. I’ve been to DHM’s all around Sydney and the Coast but will come back to this one every time from now on. P.S. There’s heaps of parking around the back, I didn’t realise and parked down a side street and walked.

I have to have regular blood tests and wouldn’t go anywhere else! Louisa and Jo are great phlebotomists, both so gentle and willing to take that little bit of extra time to pamper an old needle- phobe!

i am absolutely terrible with needles, the lady who took my blood was amazing. I always faint after a needle, this is the first time in 33 years i haven't. 100% amazing at her job!

My experience was great! the receptionist was nice and I didn’t have to wait long at all. The lovely Jo took my blood and I warned her that my veins are really tricky but she got it in one go! She is probably the only person who has EVER been able to get it in one go! For this blood test I had to go to multiple pathology companies and everyone else struggled so, thank you for saving me another trip! :D
