Not only that, but Steve was happy to provide insight and knowledgable advice on the every aspect of his inspection that very afternoon. He also has amazing insight into the local area--invaluable. I know the word 'knowledgable' is often overused, but in this case it doesn't even go halfway--local knowledge, building knowledge, inspection knowledge even knowledge on the process of purchasing a property and all provided in a friendly non-judgemental manner. Having read Steve's report and discussed the prospective property with him, I feel absolutely confident that I can make informed decisions despite being a first time home buyer intending to purchase an established, extended and renovated property.
