Wrecked my shoes. A simple sole replacement turned into delaminating of the upper and lower parts of the shoe.When I told them it was definitely not like that (and he would have checked this at the initial drop off for repair) said it was already like that and an initial charge was necessary. I told him he needed to fix this and he refused. Then he called me a derogatory name as I was leaving.Will never shop at this establishment again

Not the friendliest store ever, visited multiple times, but a key is a key so don't really care but it would be nice to have the staff more welcoming and with a smile on their face.

The best service ever. In no time (15 min) my shoes were fixed and I got a spare key, all at good price. Definitely will be coming back!PS: You find them on the 1st floor, close to Coles.

After snapping my car key in half with no spare, I was beyond thrilled to hear these guys could fix it. It didnt get his name but he was so helpful. Really appreciate what they were able to do. I'll be back to get my spare cut!!

I only had one key for my Yamaha motorcycle. I contacted Yamaha about getting a copy and they said I needed the red spare key to make a coded copy and there was no other way to copy the key that I had. Mr Minit at Indooroopilly did it. Works perfect...very happy...solved a big problem...thanks very much!!!!!
