Very convenient with extended hours. Staff always friendly and helpful. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I got a message and I dont even live in South Australia. It a sign to go by the universe perhaps! My compound prescription is ready apparently. Didn't order anything but can buy something that doesn't require a prescription.

So helpful and amazing. Friendly. So grateful that they were open on Christmas Day so I could get my Dad necessary medication.

I was standing at the entrance. The lady who served me tried to sell me a $1 mask to enter the store. I asked her to bring the $3 item I needed to me. She (very begrudgingly) did. Like I was a leper. I'm not the slightest bit sick. One would imagine that they might be more interested in helping customers since this situation has been forced on everybody with no notice, rather than happily enforcing the new rules with zeal as if it is something they have always wanted to do (while turning a profit on someone just for entering the store).

Picked up a Webster Pack for my elderly grandfather only to find that multiple medications were missing. Very dangerous. He would not have known unless I reviewed what he was taking. If this happened to someone else, they may have become very sick. However, when requesting the staff at this pharmacy to ring me when medication from prescriptions have been missing, I was haughtily informed that “they don’t have time to ring every customer when they can’t fill an entire prescription.” Cleary this was my fault, I should never, ever have expected prescriptions to be correctly filled by health professionals! Like, what was I thinking??? My doctor said that it was incredibly dangerous for these medications in the Webster Pack to be missing, but obviously the blame is 100% on me so I must apologise.

It's now 5 times that I've clearly and politely asked for the non-generic brand and been given the Terry White chemist brand. The staff don't even have the decency to apologise - though they still claim it's a mistake". Obviously it's a store policy and too bad about what the customer wants."
