I was really impressed with Jo’s service. She had a number of us trying on a range of footwear and she remained friendly, answering queries and helping us all find what we needed.The range of footwear is for those seeking fashionable, comfortable sandals and shoes. The prices were reasonable for this quality footwear and I was able to purchase 2 pair of Name brand sandals for what I consider to be very good prices.

Shoes are lovely, however staff are hopeless, I called back 3 times, and was totally ignored, the girl was more interested in talking then even acknowledging that I was there. I had 2 pairs of shoes in my hand that I wanted to try on, I never even got eye contact. Eventually my husband called me away, saying we must be invisible. A quick Hello, be with you soon, would have been enough. So dissapointed.

I just got my first pair of merrell shoes from Sole Coolangatta store and it is just so comfortable to wear. The staff is very friendly and pleasant.
