After the rave reviews and close proximity to home, I booked in for an appointment a few days in advance. When I got there, I was told I had to wait an hour! What nonsense is that? To add insult to injury there were far too many people in the premises so I wouldn’t consider it a Covid safe environment. I get it that everyone’s heading to get their locks chopped or coloured after months but the business ought to be 1) more responsible and 2) professional.

Ben is the best hairdresser in my life. He is nice and professional. He always very busy and work hard, but still keeps positive moods and makes you feel very relax and happy in his store.
