I would give this place 0 stars if I could. The most rude and unreasonable nail place I have ever visited. I got a shellac manicure and pedicure and every single nail broke on the side (nail, not nail polish) the very next day. The lady blamed it on chores I maybe did at home. Im not sure what chores you would possibly need to do to break every nail. Absolutely ridiculous and money hungry business. They refused to fix my nails or refund me my money.Don't go here, you'll be very disappointed!!! Worst experience by far!!

Please do not go to this shop unless you want to get ripped of!!!! They charge me 85$ for a set of nails that don’t even look like the picture I showed them ! Looks like a 12 year old has done them they also upped the price because of a small design that looked like a blind person did !!! And I’m top of that my nails haven’t even last a week ! All falling of and my nails snapped and bled out I’m not impressed at all won’t be going back here eve again overpriced for the disappointment work that they did to my nails !

Do not recommend this place at all. Stood at the door for a while before anyone acknowledged me. The lady that did my nails either couldn’t see very well or didn’t care at all, my nails are all misshaped. One of my thumbs is much thicker than the other. Only a couple of my nails had the tips painted. Had to ask to drill under the nail. She basically blasted my cuticles off with the drill, cut two fingers, both bled. No apology. Absolute rip off. Never ever going back here do not recommend. Nails and toes cost me $107 as I also had one nail tip repaired.

Went in for infills and one nail cracked within 48hrs! They blamed me on the spot saying it must have been fault and that I’d have to pay to have it repaired. It definitely was NOT my fault and I would have paid without a word if it was. On top of that, I was told I wouldn’t be able to pay by card due to the eftpos minimum… I had already paid $60 for the infills which is just ridiculously overpriced! Just don’t go here if you value quality customer service because you won’t find it

So rude. Will not come back. I wanted to get a manicure, I just wanted a simple manicure with the tips done in a few different colours. And they could not be ruder. The older lady who I assume is the manager was insisting that she can’t do it for normal nails. The other lady serving me giving me dirty looks while everyone stared at me. Even though I was perfectly polite and calm. Even when you enter they’re like “sit there” and talk to you in such a rude way. I ended up getting one colour for the tips because they were so rude and I just couldn’t be bothered anymore. And when she finished she did not do a good job and I didn’t even like them. She didn’t even give me an actual manicure and I had to ask her to trim my cuticles because she just started painting. Honestly don’t understand why they are so rude when I was perfectly polite. The smell was so bad in there too - so toxic to breathe all those chemicals in. And everything was dirty and dusty, they don’t clean obviously. Also they always talk in their own language about you, it’s like I know you’re talking about me when you gesture and point at my nails and look at me and then talk in front of me. They honestly must think we are all deaf and stupid. It doesn’t take a genius to figure it out. I think it’s so rude and so disrespectful. Definitely don’t go here.

Do not go here. Should have known by the lack of customers that it was gonna be bad, first off she couldn’t do the photo I gave her which was a simple almond pink nail? She wanted to up the price for absolutely everything. We paid $65 to be literally chainsaw massacred by her drill. She cut 7 of my fingers and one of my fingers bled so bad that even after I left it was still bleeding out. The shapes are awful and are so wonky and mismatched, they look like glue-ons except I paid $65 for them. Definitely don’t come here they have no idea what they’re doing.

i’ve been going here for quite sometime but lately they have been slacking off. my last three times going i have been cut open, not receiving the proper attention to detail or care. this is specifically from the older lady there. would’ve recommended but my last few visits have left a sour taste

First and last time going here, way overpriced.They charged $55 for a standard infill which is not the best quality, when querying why this is more expensive than what is advertised for a full set they would not negotiate.I understand prices have gone up due to inflation but this is just taking advantage of people.

about 5-6 months ago i came here to get my acrylic nails removed and to be fair they were freshly done so it was a bit hard to remove, but the lady insisted on removing them for me and ended up damaging my natural nail.today i thought i’d give this place another shot since i haven’t been there for a while for the same service. i asked for my acrylic nails to be removed and just a pink coat on my natural nails. the lady proceeded to begin cutting and removing the nails and another lady came on the other side of me hovering over my bag and jacket doing the other hand, all of the acrylics on that hand fell into my jacket which was unprofessional and gross. it began to hurt and i pulled away and she hit my hand telling me to stay still… WTFF?? then my real nail started bleeding.she applied the coat of nail polish and put my hand under the uv lamp which felt like my hands were on fire so i told her, she swapped it out and it still felt the same. i sucked it up and just had my hand half out to minimise the pain.please do not go here, 2nd chances aren’t for everyone.

I've been here on multiple occasions and each time I leave with fragile brittle nails that break\split after a few days.my nails are usually very strong and healthy But this place ruins them!These people aren't professionals, they don't know how to look after natural nails. They don't care about the quality of their work, they just care about taking your money. I highly suggest to go to another salon. To offer a proper professional service you should be able to properly communicate with your clients.also in my experience they over use the electric nail drill to the point that your fingers are burning from the friction. NOT HAPPY!!! I've had to cut off all my natural nails because EVERY nail is now RUINED from your service!! (but they don't care about the quality of their service, they just care about money)
