As a traveller it was a very present experience. Even though I was new patient they looked after me. The nurses were very kind and friendly and the doctor very helpful. If you live in town or just passing through I would highly recommend. Wasn’t too expensive either. Which was a plus!

Today I had reason to see a Doctor and was attended to by the locum , Dr Anne Arias...can we not persuade her to stay ....PLEASE ?!I must also ad that the service provided by the office Manager, Amanda, was very professional. She listened to my concerns , addressed a problem and resolved the matter. Very impressed !Shauna Parsons

Not being a local person from Esperance, I took the chance to call into the Banksia Medical & Health clinic hoping for not too long a wait for an appointment. To my surprise I was fitted in the next morning by Amanda and then my follow up procedure that same afternoon. All staff ( Receptionists, Doctor Robyn and Nurse Robina) could not have been more helpful and diligent with their relevant customer service and work practices. Congratulations and sincere thankyou to all at the clinic. It’s a shame the same sort of service doesn’t occur in the City. Well done will highly recommend. Cheers Greg O.

Great booking system online. Thankful a doctor could see a traveling person as a lot of practices don’t. Doctor Chan was extremely thorough and I was really happy with his professionalism. Highly recommend!

Dr Chang was very thorough and considerate of my condition. I have worked with and attended many Doctors surgeries but never treated with so much care, importance and given the time to understand my treatment and procedure. His nursing staff and administration staff were also very professional.
