Having to move interstate, we decided to rent out our first home. We wanted to make the right decision and go with an agent who not only listened to what we wanted, but would also take care of our tenants. After numerous agents visiting our property and providing an estimate on what it would be on the market, their terms & conditions, agent fees and most importantly how the agent presented themselves and how we felt we would get along. WPM have been taking care of our property since April 2017 and have not disappointed us at all. I recently changed property management for my investment properties to Wyndham Property Management (WPM). I was not happy with the service I received from my previous agencies. I felt like I had to be on top of things all the time. A reliable, dedicated and experienced property manager is very hard to find. Most of agencies put heavy focus on their sales team. Rental properties to them are just potential stock for future sales. Most of time, they fill in the property managers roles with people who have little experience in the industry and do not provide sufficent traning and support. This in turn translates to high staff turnover, stressed-out landlords and unhappy tenants. Even though I have only been with them for a few month, I have already had good feelings about their service. From the start, Carmen left me a very good impression with her knowledge and experience in the industry. A thumbs up to my property manager Darcy who has always been responsive, efficient and professional. He is passionate about what he does and full of energy. He has been helping me dealing with difficult tenants who stop paying rent and cutting off communication. For the first time, I feel like I am in good hands.
