Excellent gym and has exceeded my expectations after being a member for 6 months now. Absolutely loving the variety of classes and the instructors are professional. The child minding is a great option as well.

Found the facilities here very good and the classes and instructors great.. had been thinking of joining this gym as it was relatively local to my address, but when enquiring for help from the manager - didn't find her particularly helpful and quite dismissive of my enquiry.The rest of the staff seemed lovely though.

Terrible customer service. overpriced for lack of machines & quality of the gym. don’t want to hear about broken machinery “as they already know”. was on a flexi membership and still charged me a cancellation fee even though i gave 14 days notice like i signed to on my terms and conditions when signing up, and are refusing to give me my money back. staff are rude and not willing to help. not worth the money or time. overall very unimpressed and would definitely not recommend!!

DO NOT JOIN THIS GYM!! They set me up on a payment plan as I was in arrears but the total amount for the payment plan was almost double what I actually owed. Oh and they also tried to have me on a payment plan after sending me to TCS (which they assured did not happen). Useless.

This business is a rip off. My daughter asked to cancel her membership and was advised that in addition to requiring a months notice there would be an additional $200.00 cancellation fee. It would appear to me that this place is all about making money rather than fitness and customer care.

Friendly staff, good machines/equipment, and never feel judged coming here unlike other gyms. There’s also heaps of classes, PT sessions and free breakfast
