First Choice Warehouse
Initially very happy. Did 2 bathrooms, and staff were great.. product good. However , when we needed some help with a damaged shower panel, we recieved no help whatsoever. Because we went over their 14 day clause. Tried to sell us another one. We had to go to the manufacturer for support.Extremely disappointed and no longer recommending them to my customers

We bought all our bathroom fit out here after being recommended by our interior designer. After comparing to another place which our builder recommends, we decide on FirstChoice in Brunswick - they have such a good range to choose from at a fair price. Linh was specifically helpful, she’s an absolute delight and made great recommendations and our lives easier!

After having used First Choice numerous times in their old location in Kirkdale St, I was so pleased to find they hadn't left Brunswick! Fantastic new showroom...but what my review is really about is the great service they've given me in helping with an after sales part. Just a replacement expanding screw on a toilet seat hinge, but as well as getting it for me and checking in with me about collecting the part, Michael took me step by step through a demo of what I needed to do (excellent for someone who gets challenged by basic practicalities).Thanks!

Product selection is decent but of the three staff members sitting behind the desk not one approached me to see if I needed help selecting products (I did!) even after making eye contact with one. There was only one other customer in the store.Went to Middletons Builders Warehouse in Thomaston and bought what I needed there instead.

We fitted out 3 bathroom areas and bought everything from First Choice Warehouse. We were very happy with the results. We visited different First Choice stores and the service was always great and staff were knowledgeable. We bought most of the supplies at the Brunswick store and Amber was a fantastic help. First Choice Bathrooms allowed us the change a few items and our overall experience was excellent. Thank you.

I was nervous about purchasing from a lesser known company but the service, staff and all of their products are excellent. I fitted out 2 bathrooms and a powder room and I couldn’t be happier. The quality of the products are fantastic and Linh one of there sales consultants went above and beyond to ensure we had a seemless experience. I even spoke to the owner about the components used in their tapware and he was very insightful and happy to answer all of my questions. I highly recommend this company as their products are great quality and well priced.
