When I recently turned up at SurfCoast Ballustrading to enquire about a small job I needed undertaken, I discovered Angels work there. I required an external handrail for some decking steps for my elderly husband and had not had any success with a similar company or even a response to my calls.. This was not a big job so they are often not prioritised. Jason and Dan very kindly took on the job at a very busy time of the year prior to Christmas and had the basic rail installed by Adam. In the new year the finishing touches will be undertaken, with safety wires inserted and the handrail powder coated. I am a very appreciativeand happy customer.

I can't speak highly enough of Surfcoast Balustrading! Jase and his team were the epitome of professional. Their product is incredible, their craftsmanship impeccable, and importantly, they got the job done when they said they would! The team was friendly, and an absolute pleasure to have on our property, where they also had two active boys, and a dog to navigate! I can't recommend them enough.

Jason was really great to deal with. We retrofitted glass panels into our existing balustrate and he went the and went the extra mile in sourcing product that would fit our existing frame perfectly and it resulted in a really great looking finish. Highly recommend
