DO NOT BUY A POOL FROM CONQUEST POOLS MORNINGTON PENINSULA!We had these guys install our pool around 2 years ago. We’ve had multiple equipment failures and leaks occur around the pumps. The corking around the pool wasn’t done which meant spiders could live under the coping… not great with young kids swimming in the pool.Ok let’s accept that equipment can fail but the after installation support and service is just non existent. We chased for 3 months to get a pump replaced… no follow up, didn’t return calls and promised they would come and didn’t. Then the pump for our heating started leaking… we chased for around 6 weeks and again lots of promises but no delivery. In the end I just gave up.If you’re looking to put a pool in do yourself a favor and don’t be seduced by the good price… the lack of service and support will cost you a lot more.Buyer beware…

Nigel and Craig were great start to finish. Very professional and when I had questions after installing our pool Craig came over and made sure everything was right. I have given Conquest pools number to two of my friends and they are very happy to. Beautiful pool with high end equipment. Thanks Nig and Craig and to the guys that helped install it.

We have been so pleased with the entire team. Nigel and Craig have been so easy to deal with from the beginning. Nigel’s landscaping background helped us immensely with the overall design and positioning of the pool. The entire process has been seamless and every single team member has been professional and respectful whilst working at our home. Nigel and Craig are excellent. Nigel came round and helped us with where to locate our pool to give the best overall outcome, worked out all the dimensions and worked around our easement. He knew straight away from a photo I showed him the perfect pool colour and design for us. He got it spot on, it is exactly the colour we wanted. The installation process with Craig overseeing was great. Yes there it was a bit messy but when your digging a pool you can't really expect anything less. By the time they were finished and tidied up it was fine. They helped us locate the pump and filtration system on the opposite side of the house to the pool so that it is hidden away. Organised the installation of the heating, made a way for us to empty excess water in the winter so the pool doesn't overflow and showed me how to test the water so keep it clear and clean. We are incredibly happy with how our pool turned out. Thanks Craig and Nigel.

I got quite a number quotes from pool companies and these guys came in the most reasonable, but we also liked one of their pool designs the most. Craig and Nigel were fantastic. Nigel's background is landscaping too so initially he was great with giving us tips on where to put it and surrounds, then Craig and crew came in with the pool and were the best. We missed having them around after it was done. After the pool was completed, they didnt mind us calling asking questions and Craig has returned to give us another lesson. I highly recommend this company. Start to finish, awesome!

First class from the outset. Nigel was excellent and provided information about the yard and landscaping, more than just pool installation and quoting. Loved the team and Craig for the install. Great company highly recommend these guys. Everyone was lovely and respectful and we got a great pool and what we wanted for our family.Thanks again guys!! BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE!Yes they installed a pool. Yes they did the initial install promptly. However they failed to give us advice or options that, had they been put in place in the beginning, would have saved us thousands.The front man Nigel, who does all the quoting has a lovely personality and seems professional. Very convincing with many ideas. Unfortunately, he failed to give us advice or options in the beginning on how to deal with the pool overfilling during winter and the need to drain it so it doesn't overflow. We now have no ability to backwash with the filtration system they installed and to fix the problem is going to cost us nearly $10,000.As someone who has no expertise or even basic knowledge when it comes to installing a pool, it is not unreasonable to believe you should be able to rely on those that do the work for living. To believe they would provide they best advice and options knowing a pool would need to be periodically drained and setting the system up for that.This is not the only error on their part that has cost us money. If you do decide to go with them, get your own building surveyor and plans drawn up. The person they use is a shyster.

We used Conquest Pools to supply and install our pool and were very impressed with the quality of service and product. Nigel and Craig were professional and friendly from start to finish, they were on time and within budget. We have enjoyed our pool for over 5 years now and the after-sales service has been excellent. We highly recommend Conquest Pools !

Nigel, Craig and the team at Conquest were fantastic. Nigel came out and helped us with the design concept, his background in landscape design was invaluable.the rest of the team were really professional, so nice to deal with and extremely hard working.We also engaged the landscaping arm of Nigel's team (Graeme and Dion) to build out retaining walls, paving, fencing and batten screen. Fantastic attention to detail, again, super hard working and the end result was everything we could have hoped for.We can't recommend Conquest Pools Mornington Peninsula enough
