Avocado ebike

Very happy with my purchase of a Kristall Y20 E-bike. Quick delivery and packaged very well. Putting it together was easy too.I had a small problem with a part, my email to them was responded to very quickly and a follow up phone call followed shortly after by their technician. They sent a spare replacement part very quickly. Cannot fault their backup service at all, which was very pleasing.The bike is extremely comfy and easy to ride. Seems to be very well made and of good quality.Overall I'm extremely happy I chose to deal with Avocado.

Purchased the Y20 from Avocado ebike. The after sales service is amazing! Had a few issues with the bike out of the box and Colin promptly sorted it, went above and beyond fixing it and alleviating any concerns. Did 40km on it today and all going well. I had problems with my bike. Purchased new 2 months ago, engine blew riding on flat terrain…battery no good.Colin sorted it out and gave me a full refund thank you!

Great shop! Needed a 48V three pin charger for an electric attachment that goes on my manual wheelchair, thankfully they had one in stock to suit woo! Friendly staff and great communication. Store is also wheelchair accessible.Thanks guys!

The manager was fantastic a stuff up with eBay so we sorted it directly, bike delivered 4 days and easy to set up and the bike is great and heaps of fun.

ALERTS – AVOCADO, DO NOT ERASE THIS REVIEW OR YOU WILL BE LIABLE UNDER THE AUSTRALIAN LAWWhen Avocado sells you an e-bike, do not expect to have the e-bike fixed under warranty because they will not fix it. They sell cheap Chinese e-bikes and when someone addresses that the e-bikes have manufacturing problems (e.g. some of my issues: the sensor that should stop the motor when you change gears does not work; motor that turns off during a ride without any command; leak on the break cylinders; etc.), the representatives of the business tell you that the parts are not covered by warranty . You need to go to court to have your rights guaranteed. Avocado, as the representative of some Chinese e-bikes in Australia, does not select or train dealers in Australia. Then Avocado hides behind the dealers saying that they do not repair manufacturing defects of the e-bikes because the dealer said to them not to fix the problems because all problems were customers' fault
