Would prefer it if there was a seating options for people who get dragged along. I had to stand up outside the dressing room for what felt like an eternity while my better half tried on 100 cute outfits that she found In the shop.. she almost could have bought 1 of everything before I dragged her out having blown the budget.Guys I warn you. Be careful if entering. Could be in there for a while

Avoid shopping here at all costs possible!! Bought a $60 dress the other day, went to put it on and the zipper snapped.Called the store to tell them what had happened and they told me it wasn't there problem and they refused to fix it.So they sell clothing that's clearly broken, then when asked about it they will tell you it's not there problem and it's your own fault!Thieving at its finest!!

Some of the girls show actions as if they dont want to be working there let alone greet the customers and help them find what they need, was very poor serviceI tried to return a skirt for a bigger size and the lady was very rude about it and I wasnt able to return it and exchange for a bigger size. I feel that she couldn't be bothered helping me look for a bigger skirt. Very disappointed because I loved this shop until I experienced how poorly treated the customers are today.

The staff here are always so lovely and not judgy at all like some of the other Ally stores I've been in. I'm a size 12-16 in Ally (give or take in the style) and these girls have always been able to help me find what I'm looking for in my size without any nasty comments.I live in Bacchus Marsh and I'll go to this one before I'll go to my local.

Bad costumer service bought item in the morning size not right i come back afternoon to change and they said come back 2 days later to see the manager!which is i have my receipt i had been so many time ally shop no problem if i need to change the items but this shop here in corio not good not coming back this shop anymore!

Bought a top for $5 and it was excellent quality. When I went up to the register to make my purchase I experienced okay customer service. The girls that were working in the store obviously don't want to be there.
