Taylor’s Lake Hand Car Wash

I went there yesterday and the guy told me our steamer is not functional and I can come today (sunday) for steam cleaning. I again come all the way from Caroline Springs and another guy rudely said we don't do steam cleaning on weekends because we are too busy.He got further aggressive after I asked him why I was given a wrong information. He simply said I don't have time to argue with you .Rude owner, bad communication, unmotivated staff. This place has a bunch of international students I think who are paid less and that's why they really don't care about the service.Don't waste ur time and car.

I took my car here for the first time today, I was a bit unsure based on the negative reviews but I was very happy with the service and will be back again. I had an exterior wash done for $25, I thought the price was reasonable and my car came out looking much cleaner. Service was efficient and I have no complaints! Thanks to the team working there today :)

Terrible service. My mats were dripping wet instead of being steam cleaned I'm shore they turned the hose on and squirted the hose inside of my car. Do not waste your money!!!! It was so bad I didn't want them touching my car ever again.

My husband has taken his ranger there for years but the last time he went there they refused to do it as they said they don't do work cars on weekends, so how do you take it during the week. Then we drive pass every sat/Sunday and sure enough work cars are there. This has put a sour face on hubby and now will find another business to support!!!

This is by far the worst hand car wash cleaning service in the western suburbs.I delivered my car at 10am this morning for a complete interior detail and was advised that it would be ready by 5pm.- I informed them that I’ve had my car cleaned here before in the past and was not happy with the service.- Pointed out specific areas of interest.- Kindly requested that they leave the child car seat strapped in.I was extremely disappointed with the service.Upon arrival I found that the child car seat had been removed, and milk stains were still present on the seats (for which an employee apologised and sought immediate rectification).I then found myself in an argument as to whether or not I delivered the car with floor mats (this seems to be a recurring habit as they failed to return the mats the first time as well).I was out of there by 5:30pm.Once home I had a closer inspection (simply rolled back the driver seat) and found what can be seen in the attached images.In conclusion I paid $200 for an unfinished service, had the child car seat taken out against my instruction, and once again had an argument over my floor mats.Unfortunately my preferred car wash service on the Melton Hwy (PT Hand Car Wash) seems to have closed due to covid.Do not waste your time and money with this lot!

Really poor and rude customer service.I have used them many times before the pandemic and they do an ok wash, just as good as a drive through car wash but i hate vacuuming inside so always came here.Today I came here after months and asked if they can use a mask while cleaning the inside of the car the boss said no you can go somewhere else. No compromise or anything. I guess they did not need my $89 for their premium wash, they must be doing really well for themselves which means I don't ever need to support this business again. Thank you for pushing me to support another car wash business.

Staff are good, however there service is below standard, the car is not as much clean as it has to be.Please pay more attention boys otherwise you will struggle.Good Luck

Mr Beard guy is such a rude, arrogant dismissive person to deal with. Do urselves a favour use ANYONE but these people. They dont deserve any customers let alone repeat customers. Everytime l try and use them there is nothing but excuse after excuse. Learn to do ur job properly u may get somewhere. PATHETIC SERVICE
