Horrible Company. Horrible products. Steer clear! After my experience with this bathroom company would not touch them with a 10 foot pole. Buyer beware, you will have nothing but endless issues with these guys. After they get hold of your money, goodbye charlie! You will get nothing, no products, no service. They are extremely dishonest and very deceitful. I wish I could give them NO stars. Have ran into so many people who all feel the same about these guys.Warranties? Yeh right, quality products? Not possible. Just head over to their warehouse and you will see exactly what I am talking about! Buyer beware!

I had an after care issue for a toilet from Tradeworld. I found it difficult to get hold of anyone on the phone, and when I did i was promised things that never occured.Firstly I was told a new outlet valve would be sent via post to my Post Office Box. This never occured, even after checking my address with the company twice.I was then told it had been sent again via registered post. When I asked for a tracking number they said they would call me back but never did.I have still not received the item and now have to spend $500 to purchase a toilet from elsewhere and pay to have a plumber install it.I recommend to steer clear of this company and their faulty products.
