I have serviced my cars at Morley City Hyundai for many years now. The long-term, trusted team of Martin and Gabriel always provide a trusted, friendly service. They are always professional and prompt, and some would say, surprisingly honest, when quoting for work needed. My loyalty and trust in this team were supported by my most recent experience with MartinIn a moment of stupidity and rush to get to a business meeting, with my client I my car, I accidentally filled my diesel Santa Fe up with unleaded. Luckily, I was 1.5km from Morley City Hyundai service centre and drove it immediately to them.From the moment I walked in, I was acknowledged and reassured that my situation would be fixed. With no notice, and within about 5 minutes, Martin booked my car in, provided me with a loan vehicle at no extra charge, and reassured me that the service team would get on to it today.The same afternoon at 5 pm, I received a call from Martin informing me of all the things that had been done to fix my car and putting my mind at ease that all was well. 8:30am the next morning I had my car back in perfect working order.To say that I was satisfied with Martin and the team at Morley Hyundai Service centre is an understatement. I am consistently impressed by their service and support.Even my client was blown away with the level of service they witnessed.I can not provide a higher recommendation to take your new or used car to this team.Outstanding!

After have a nightmare ordeal in dealing with Melville Hyundai for almost 2 years of unbearable service for my 2020 Hyundai i30 Sedan, I took my vehicle to Morley City Hyundai Service Centre in hope of a better experience and closer to home. Terrible. They charged me $250 for diagnostics and told me I needed a new steering column for $3.5k. Autobahn just changed the bush for $500 which fixed the issue. This lot are rip off merchants. Stay away.

Very poor service!My vehicle got problem after service and maintenance. Firstly, I am not satified with service assistant. Twice I brought my car here and both of the time I brought my car back to them as the problem is not fixed totally. We bring car to hyundai is for better and genuine service eventhough the price is higher but the result is not at all satifiable and I felt its a waste of money here.This review is for the owner to understand the situation, once you see it I will delete it instantly.

Would not recommend the Morley Hyundai service department. I intentionally took the pollen cabin filter under the glove box out to see if they check it as they supposed to do as per the Hyundai service schedule. After coming back to collect the car I asked if the filter was checked and they said they did. Even the report states that it has been inspected. How can you check something that’s not even there. Spoke to the manager but he said he must have forgotten about it. Didn’t apologise or offer any compensation. Gets me thinking if they even checked or performed any other tasks that were supposed to be done.

I had my Tucon's first 12month service done. I had booked it on-line, then realised I had entered the wrong date so I rang up and they changed it no problem.I pointed out some scuff marks on the paint and they polished them out , no extra charge, with the free wash and vac.All the printouts of the tests they had done on the wheels, tyres, brakes battery etc..., were handed to me after the service, so I can back-check on anything that might go wrong in the future.Overall, I was pretty happy with service and attention I received.
