Well laid out and good facilities. Great childrens water play area.There are 2 Water slides for the older children that are great fun too, but check times though as they are not always in use. Good sized hydrotherapy pool with water jets at one end. A separate warmer jet pool and sauna and steam rooms are available but which cost extra to use. Very sad though that there isn't a pool with the bubblers in it.A large gym is located upstairs but is paid for separately. Whole facility use packages are available inquire at the main desk.

Enjoyed 1st water aquatic session.Teacher good, lots of room in pool. Can't wait for next week

My experience has been wonderful my life has changed. I feel Much better. Nice staff members & instructor. The classes are wonderful Excellent..Specifically the Zumba Teacher in the pool & in the studio.The Gym is also very good love the gymCongratulations

Really disappointed with my experiences here, I have been treated poorly on many occasions due to my age and have been spoken down to every time I go. On one occasion I attempted to extend a 10 entry gym pass for another month because it hasn’t been used and they denied that they could do that. I am in my early 20s and had to ask my own mother to go and ask and they did it without an issue and spoke to her very nicely. I also payed to use the gym for one visit and the man serving me neglected to tell me it was closing half in hour as I was under the impression that it was a 24/7 gym as they advertise that everywhere. Great facilities wasted on nasty staff members. I wouldn’t recommend this establishment to anyone of a younger age who wants to be treated fairly.

Deb at the front reception helped my friend and I sign up after we went in for the day. She was amazing! I was recently in a motorbike accident and my knee has been out of whack and I’ve found it hard to get out and do things as the strain on my leg was too much..however!! The pools are an amazing way to get moving again and I would definitely recommend going even if you don’t get a subscription!! The 24/7 gym option I haven’t had the chance to use yet, but I am really looking forward to getting back in shape. I love the 24/7 aspect as I usually finish work past 11 at night !! Fantastic family pool with water slides and other water play, infant pool, and ample lockers and changing space. Next time we’ll go with two adults since my 2 and 4 year old really wanted to be in different parts of the pool.The customer service at the cafe post-swim was also great.

Would like to see ,all people have towels in saunas ?Sign poorly installed on inside of door. Sign should read...No towel,No Entry. anAnd the table and chairs should not be clothes and towel lockers,while people are away for long periods swimming,its selfish ,people should be able to sit there.

facilities are excellent, everything is kept clean and there is a wide variety of fitness equipment + machines available in the gym HOWEVER, prices are absolutely ridiculous..upwards of 20$ for an adult casual entry to the gym.it’s also strange how at 16 you can pay the teen casual entry fee yet at 17 you are required to pay an adult fee..adult fees should begin at 18.

4.5 stars.Beautiful facility - bright, airy and clear.Friendly and helpful staff.Solid cafe.Excellent splash pad for kids and Wibit is terrific on school hols.Take half a star off because the Wibit booking system is v. user unfriendly (you should not need to download a clunky app to book a swim) and the splash pad has unlisted daily downtime (something you might want to know before you get your kids down there!).

Great new facility in Rosebud.Fun, kids splash pack with slides for kids up to 10ish.Separate 18+ area with heated exercise pool, steam and sauna rooms. Big gym, lots of classes and great value membership.
