I recently attended Tracy Sheen’s “How to gain reviews on social media” webcast. I got so much out of the virtual training online session. The information Tracy presented was understandable and paced just right for me. What I especially liked was all the practical tips shown enabling me to take ideas away and implement straight away. I would highly recommend this webcast to anyone serious about measuring the success of their social media programs. Tracy really knows her stuff and her presentation skills are professional and top class.
