Recieved an email to Call them regarding a parcel. Called 5 times throughout the day no one answered! The last time I dealt with the parcel centre was because the driver didnt drop off my delivery left a card was still out the front of my house when i pulled into the driveway. He drove off! After I got out of the car and he saw me there. I then had to go and collect the boxes there 10 of them. All because the people at this location have absolutely no idea about customer service.
