Pura Vida Wellness Centre

I wanted to treat my beautiful mother to a much needed back and foot massage and came across Pura Vida online (I am in Qld but called them and was kindly assisted to get her in that day and pay over the phone).. Now, she is a tough woman who is suffering from (but always pushes through) a severe shoulder injury, scoliosis and agonising tension, but when she left there she said she felt rejuvenated, in less pain than she has felt for a long long time, more freely able to move and already eagerly looking forward to whenever she can return! I am extremely grateful for the wonderful massage they gave her and know where I can send her the next time she needs a little r&r.. Highly recommended! :)

I had such an amazing massage. My therapist was incredibly intuitive and knowledgeable. She was able to discern exactly where I was holding tension and how to treat it. I left feeling heard, understood and so much lighter. The space felt so warm and homely and the receptionist was absolutely lovely, I felt welcomed and held. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a grounded heart centered space to drop in, let go and be re inspired toward self care.

I use the infrared sauna at Pura Vida on a regular basis and I love it! The place has a beautiful relaxed vibe and the staff are always bringing a wee bit of bliss into my visits. Go there… it’ll be good for you!
