I came to print document as it was the closest Kwik copy to my hotel.No one was at the desk, which is totally fine because there is a bell.In the meantime I sent document to the email provided on the desk. On person came to ask me what I would like to do I answered and he said that this is possible and asked me to wait few minutes.I waited another few minutes until some other man came and he said he won't do it for me because there is a lot going on upstairs. I said that I already sent document etc. He said that it will take few hours and I can go to office works.After keeping me waiting - he literally sent me away.Very unprofessional and not polite.I am schocked.

The team at William Street Kwik Kopy was extremely helpful and delightful to work with.I had to organise multiple same-day brochures for medical equipment to be printed from the airport due to a last-minute work trip from out-of-state. Luke dealt with my requests very patiently and was clear in his communication, sending through multiple revised quotes on request.When I arrived in Melbourne, I was advised that my prints were waiting for me. Sure enough, I walked into the William Street office and Luke walked out to greet me with the printed brochures.The speed of delivery, quality of the prints as well as helpful customer service made the entire experience easy and stress-free.

Great little location on the corner of Williams Street and Flinders Lane. They literally do everything for you and great service, usually it's on a 1 to 1 basis

Over and above expectations. The team at Kwik Kopy Williams street were really responsive, they fixed design errors I didn't even notice and turned the job around in record time. I've tried a lot of printing places in the city and this is by far the best experience I've had.

I went there as it showed as the closest print shop. There was no one on desk. When someone got to it, it took them 10 mins to figure out that he needed help, and when help arrived they told me they can’t copy both sides of an ID on the same page as it would require “sophisticated digital tools” (I compiled the images myself on my phone in 10 seconds and sent to them to print). They were still trying to print a simple PDF when they said it’s cash only or 15$ minimum (for 5 pages mostly black and white). It took me nearly 20 minutes to find an ATM. So, I wasted 30-35 minutes to get a black print out and a copy and paid 5 bucks for it. They might be great at professional printing but not with individual printing services. I’m just dropping this here so others won’t waste half an hour of their work day like this.
