Horrifically poor communication saw me at the wrong place but this number attached. I also had a series of phone calls to get info that had been misplaced only to turn around on the day with a clear agreement on the approximate price and clear pick up time that needed to be stuck too as well as clear instructions not to ring as I won’t have my phone on me at work only to turn around at the end of the day to a message saying ring asap because they wanted to know if I was willing to pay $200 under the quoted price and because they didn’t hear back they didn’t do the job.When reminded in clear, recorded detail what was previously agreed and told was only told “oh” and they offered to take the car overnight - when it had been mentioned numerous times when making the appointment and dropping off the car that I needed the car to make the 2 he trip home.

Remotely from Brisbane I requested at around 9.30am, a windshield to be replaced by Central West Auto Glass. The car was delivered to the repairer by a friend (because the driver was out of town all day in the bush) The replacement windscreen was sourced and the job was completed and paid for before 2pm. I am amazed at the efficiency and courtesy and reasonable price of this company and highly recommend them to travellers and locals. Their turnaround of this job was remarkable. Lesley
