After being let down by all of the cheap n cheerful Marquee options from the likes of OzTrail, Bunnings, BCF and Kathmandu - it was a refreshing surprise to come across Michael and the Team at BigTopShades. As a Businessman I know only too well that sometimes something can go wrong. It is how that is handles is a true testimony to true nature of a company. While for the most part everything was perfect with our order. the design, the communications, the finished product. There was however a mix up with the delivery but in true quality customer service Michael and the team went above and beyond including a contingency plan to ensure our needs were met by our deadline. Its great to read how a company done a great job but its better to see how they handle the situations that don't run to plan. If you're looking for good quality products with exceptional customer service you've found the right supplier. Can't recommend these guys enough, they got us out of a pinch when we ordered a gazebo from someone else and they canceled on us 3 days before the event. Massive shout out to Bill who was helpful, friendly and just an all round good bloke.

After having many cheaper brands bent, busted and blown away over the years I decided to go all out and try something next level for our annual WA beach holiday. As it happened, we had 10 continuous days of gale force winds this year, and the Big Top didn’t budge. I had so many people ask where I’d bought it from and inspecting its sturdiness. It was the talk of the campsite. Sure... every gazebo will move and flap, but mine gave me confidence. We sat comfortably inside the 4 walls with 80km/hr winds belting the campsite! Well worth the money.
