Terrible DC. No phone reception. No Wi Fi. Have to provide your own ladder. No cardboard recycling disposal facility so you have to take any cardboard with you.

Global Switch run a clean secure environment, but when it comes to making changes, asking for cross connects they are rude, arrogant and don't really care about you.They have a minimum lead time of 30 days to install a cross connect, and their expedited install comes with no SLA, so it generally takes the same time although they have no problem taking the extra cash you just paid.When compared to data centres such as Vocus NextDC where they have an expedited 72 hour install of a cross connect.If you are a growing business and need changes faster than 30 days and when they feel like it, i'd highly advise you avoid Global Switch.

Those who says this data center is good, seriously you have never been to other market leading DCs or just insiders saying bulls**t. Both the facility and people working at reception are so dodgy. If you have ever been to here, then you will know what I am saying.

This is not a low mark for the workers it was more of there induction to site was terrible, and customer lounge has no wifi in public space and website does not support the equipment onsite.Please fix these simple things and hopefully I'll give a better mark.
