Please avoid this company. Nick Lord and Gerry Lord continually makes promises that are knowingly and blatantly untrue. We paid in full for 2 chairs in December 2022 and are still waiting - with the ETA continuing to blow out. Calls, emails and the live chat are very rarely responded to.I have attached two images which show 1, they said the item would be in stock in January 2023 after the order was placed in December, 2, on their advertising they were saying this same chair was in stock.Go through and read all the other reviews for further proof, something very unethical with these people, the likes of which we have never encountered before. Have held off taking them to Fair trading and the ACCC, but sadly I think we have no option now. Very dodgy and the company should not be in business.

Ordered a super king bed frame in November. After multiple delays on the ETA 30-40 days at a time, I now receive no response to emails, no answer of the phone and no calls back regarding voicemails I have left. Have sent MULTIPLE emails and no response at all. Tried going to the showroom and again, nobody was there.I’m a very patient and understanding person but this has become a joke.Terrible communication would be a compliment as there is now no communication at all from Gallery furniture.Absolutely disgustedUPDATE 27/6Has now been 30 days since my last review. Has the container arrived? Where is my bed?And still no response to my last email.

Beautiful handcrafted furniture and excellent customer service. The staff were very helpful when we were selecting our new furniture and took great care with our delivery. All our items looked even better in person. We will be definitely ordering more items. Thank you.

I ordered a $3000 bed back in November 2022 as well as paying hundreds for courier delivery. I still haven't received my order. Sales staff keep pushing delivery dates forward a month at a time. Now they say it won't arrive until end of May. If I knew it was going to take 7 months (or probably longer) to get my bed I would not have ordered. I asked for a refund as I need to buy a bed and they said they would keep 25% of my money if they refunded me (really fair you guys). No one answers my emails, no one picks up the phone. Incredibly frustrated and upset with my experience with Gallery Furniture! Still waiting to hear back!UPDATE: ITS THE END OF JUNE AND STILL NO BED. NO CONTACT. SCAMMERS. DO NOT BUY OFF THIS COMPANY! I have contacted Gallery Furniture on multiple occasions, over live chat and phone which is never attended to.I placed an order on the 6th of May for 2 Minotti Swivel Chairs Navy and Gold and have not received any update on my order. I have bought furniture online before and there has always been good communication between myself and the company.I am very disappointed in Gallery Furniture as there is no one to answer the phone and the live chat attendees say they need to ask the warehouse manager and do not get back to me.

We bought the Regency skyscraper headboard with base and matching mirror bedside tables. The size of the headboard is perfect for a king-sized bed. It has a commanding presence that makes my bedroom look grand and stylish. The gold mirror accents reflect light beautifully, making my bedroom feel brighter and more spacious. It's like having a piece of art on my wall.

We have received so many compliments about the Teakwood outdoor modular set we purchased from Gallery Furniture. The white fabric stays cool even on hot summer days, making it comfortable to sit on. The combination of natural teak and white fabric gives this sofa a clean and modern look. Love it!
