After waiting 2 weeks for a quote appointment to be made- get a call after the appointment time saying they can’t make it. Great start, don’t think I’ll be calling them again let alone signing a contract for them to change all of our windows.

So I call on Monday requesting a quote. Get a quote on Tuesday. Delivered and installed Wednesday. The young fella who served me was fantastic. I think his name was Blake.Would recommend 10/10

We had put down a deposit for our windows to be installed for our body corporate. We have had continual delays in production, measurement and installation. We are currently running almost three months after the time we were advised the windows would be installed by (when advised on quoting) and I am continually being fobbed back on our installation. Granted they had complications with their factory move - but this does not excess the Fobbing and excessive delay.

On Llandaff St Bondi Junction they’ve delay the window replacement, as my unit they haven’t finished yet, as no enough staff to work with, Ive called the manager to ask if they could manager the labours for open a area to use the car space, and he just answer me on the phone in the rudest way that he wasn’t able to, even without seen the space, as a lazy manager, bad service and also delay. I wouldn’t recommend the company if you spent a quality service.
