I went to About Space without knowing what I want or what I need for my house and I am so glad to met Enytha at Fitzroy showroom. She is really amazing to guide me with what I need and open my eye to the point where I should get or not. She is really understand, patient and very knowledgable with the products guide me until I get what style I am looking for. Enytha really have the amazing eye for the design and provided great service.

Absolutely terrible service and highlly uncommitted to assisting clients - we needed them to consult us for our new home and they did nothing but give us the run around and wate our time, despite being a repeat customer.Never returned calls, we wasted weeks due to them not getting back to us and had no care whatsoever.They lack empathy and understanding. No care factor at all. .

I had a great experience with About Space - wide and beautiful range of lighting with many different options for the different rooms I needed lighting solutions for. I don't usually write reviews but the customer service was so good that I felt the need - super knowledgeable, helpful, patient, and responsive ... the lighting is gorgeous but without the help I received, I would not have been able to make use of the lighting like I have. We ordered the 2BY4 Round pendant in black Japan. It is a beautiful light and you can see the grain of the ash through the stain which makes it so much more interesting than a solid black colour. Our queries were very promptly answered, and we received the light 3 weeks from ordering even though we had been quoted 8-9 weeks lead time. I can't wait for it to be installed!

About Space have an outstanding selection of quality light fittings for all applications, and I'm happy to say their prices are reasonable too. I'm in Victoria but - on the recommendation of my builder - dealt with Tomasina in Perth, WA. Tomasina was very knowledgeable, and given that all our interactions were via email and on A4 sized plans I'm delighted to say the results are excellent! Thanks.
