I recently visited this nail salon and I couldn't be more impressed with the service and quality of work. The salon itself is impeccably clean and well-organized, which immediately put me at ease.The salon offers a wide range of services and products, so there's something for everyone. I was particularly impressed with the selection of nail polishes and designs available.Overall, I would highly recommend this nail salon to anyone looking for a top-notch manicure or pedicure experience. The staff are friendly and skilled, the salon is clean and comfortable, and the selection of services and products is impressive. I can't wait to go back!

Very rude! I’ve been there several times for mani/pedi and each time something goes wrong. They pretend they upper class salon but they act like a cheep one. They smile at first but soon as you change your mind on colour or ask for the third layer to put on top they roll their eyes and start arguing with you. This happened to me today, she gave me no smile and didn’t talk to me after I asked for another colour. She didn’t use language when my hands needed be switched under LED lamp. She just physically pulled my hands out of it without asking or talking to me. I got no hand cream at the end. Just in general I felt like I have upset her with my customer expectation and request. So unprofessional. I can’t believe they treat their customers like that. Never again

I have had manicures at MANY different places in Brisbane, and on the Coast. Not only are Dream Nails extremely friendly, they are good at what they do. Although it is a 2 hour commute for me, I will return as I have done on multiple occasions!

Lovely ladies and very cute store. They do a good job for good prices. Recommend booking in an appointment as they get busy.

Be aware that this nail salon doesn’t sterilize the equipment they use on hundreds and hundreds of people.I have been here twice and contracted fungus on my toe nails.My friend also had a manicure here and got nail fungus.This salon should be inspected by hygiene control officers, it would shut right away.The business owner prioritize money over people’s health.Beyond disgusting, you should be ashamed of yourself!

Best pedicure I’ve had. Such attention to detail, had me in and out so quickly, very reasonably priced not expensive like I thought potentially but same as the big chain salons. Great customer service im very excited to have found my new nail salon!Update: some of my shellac had chipped 2 days later I think possibly just a little thin (I think a new girl was doing) I contacted the salon and they had me back in straight away to re-do for free. Really great customer service. These things happen even to the best business, it’s how they are deal with it and I’m very happy! Thank you

It's really a shame.Every other time I have been in, it was great. Pedicures were okay, nothing to really complain about.Started getting acrylic nails, and the one lady I saw every time was fantastic, apart from the last two (was seated with someone else)To give a back story, I work hard and insane hours. My only outlet is my nails, and they are still kept very minimal. No colour finger nail polish, but I was really enjoying the length and look. I referred a number of women, and unfortunately, that's when I was seated with another lady.The last time I went in, I still requested the almond shape to stay, just a little shorter. They turned into unmatched odd curves but still had length. This time, I was seated with the same lady as last time, asked for just a little shorter, and went almost down to no length, and even polished over my cuticles. I tried not to show how uncomfortable I was, but it came through, and I'm pretty sure it made them equally as uncomfortable, and I just wanted to get out.You know those times where you have a function and have a look in mind, this wasn't it.I should mention I have done many years in customer service based and customer/client facing roles. It's still a core of my current profession, so I'm always mindful of how I hold myself.At the end of the day, they are nice enough, and they tried. It just depends on what you want and if you want to gamble.I still paid for this set, but I won't be going back in for another.

I’ve been having my nails done for 10 years and today I had the best pedicure and shellac polish… EVER!! All my nails match and look fabulous!! I’ve never had an outcome so good. Thanks to Julie!
