I was fortunate to find Blue Mountains Computers when our telecommunications provider sent Hess to deal with a some IT issues we had. He was knowledgeable, efficient, professional and friendly. As a result, I engaged Hess at BMC to oversee our IT on an ongoing basis. He is always quick to respond to queries and ensures that we are not paying unnecessary costs. I spoke to them about my computer issues screen freeze,slowness of function,cursor problems. They analysed the problem. Discussed it with me and quoted for the job. Within 2 days I got my computer back all problems fixed. They are helpful friendly and get the job done in good time. Very happy with their service.

Dropped my daughters unresponsive PC off for repair.Their first guess" was that it was the motherboard. They replaced the motherboard and it still didn't work

Dropped off the computer Wed afternoon to do a basic check and service on a slow computer. Rang Mon to be told they hadn’t started due to being very busy. Picked up computer early Wed. Could have been better communication leading to clearer customer expectations. The computer is faster. Thank you.
