Rowena Family Day Care

I dnt want to give them even single star its a worst daycare agency . Experience so far is not good . I called this business and the indian lady at front seemed very uneducated, extremely rude and unprofessional ,Bad attitude and so little communication . I had a worst experience with my son . Don't being your child to Rowena family day care. The educators are the worst they have no structure basically they put the kids in one room to run around. Don't send your child here !they are incendiary .Terrible experience !!!

I wish there was a 0 star for this service. Stay away if you want to be safe. They have been reported few times to the department for their allegations. I worked for them and they have the rudest staff ever. Not recommended at all

Absolutely disgusted with how these people have treated my carer! They have not only shut her down but no one has contacted me or even tried to reach out about options for my child and where she could enrol next? They left me with no choice but to take a day off work and try to sort something last minute off for my daughter!!!!
