The service team were great and very efficient, The car feels new again

Customer service here is never great. My car was brought brand new from them and the stereo system sometimes doesn’t work but they won’t fix it after two services with them. Disappointing

Upon collecting my car after a routine service I was told the break pads were dangerous with just 1mm left. Jodi stressed to not use the car until repaired. She would ring with a quote as parts must be paid for in advance. We booked the car in for 3 weeks time. As the service date drew close I rang for the quote. I was always put through to voicemail and No one ever called back. The closer to the service I would ring multiple times per day. Even asking for the service manager resulted in being put through to a voicemail, never a real person. I was assured the main reception that they would email Jodi and mark it urgent. I was desperate to hand over my money to pay for parts in advance! Finally the day before the service I spoke to a person who investigated and said there’s nothing wrong with my breaks. The wrong job order had been attached to my car’s invoice. 3weeks without a car. 3 weeks of stress. Now I have no confidence in the breaks. Metro Renault has terrible communication. The voicemail seems to be a strategy to avoid talking to customers.EDIT. Since this review Metro Renault recheck my breaks for free and offered a great deal of reassurance.

Professional.Very neat workshop, smooth delivery and car service completed ahead of schedule.An improvement suggestion would be an early drop off opportunity.

Awful aftersales customer service. Refused to give me my radio security code, unless I booked in the vehicle with the service dept and paid them money. Will never recommend this dealership or give them any future business.

This place was terrible. I paid $1400 and my car won’t go now. I raised my concerns about it being a safety issue and they weren’t interested. In addition, I previously responded to surveys with my concerns and the only response was to ask me to do more surveys!

Friendly staff, buying process was good. one month in and car is still great to drive.

After years of renting a van for work, it was finally time to purchase our own. Immediately upon meeting Philip at Metro Renault - Windsor, we knew this wasn't your classic hard salesman; completely down to Earth, realistic and super patient, Phil was only a text or phone call away during every step of the purchasing process, even when the financing part dragged on quite a bit over the end of year period. The after sales support has also been excellent, with Phil organising servicing, some additional accessory installations, and just generally keeping in touch with us.The vehicle itself - a LWB Renault Master - has been amazing, even with a few pleasant surprises we didn't expect (eg the excellent Android Auto integration). We've already clocked almost 4000kms after 2 weeks and we look forward to many more.Once again we must sing our praises for the team at Metro Renault for making the whole process as painless as possible. 100 stars!

So helpful. Excellent service when we needed them most (lost car with key with 2 kids in back). Went above and beyond.

I had a fixed price service. When I got the car home, I found that things hadn't been done that were supposed to be included in the service. For example, the service included a charge for providing windscreen washer but the when I went to use it, I found that the bottle was empty. Given that there are so few things I can check, it does make me wonder what else wasn't done. The staff on the reception were friendly and helpful but I'm not now able to trust that the important things in the service were done.
