Today 3/5: I thought I would try this place out again after not being here for 2 years. Average food, fries came out cold and under salted, the plantbased fried chicken patty was so bland. The burger bun was good.The young girl chewing gum at the counter was very silent and had a careless attitude. When I asked for my burger to be made vegan she looked confused. If you have vegan options on your menu you should make sure your staff know what vegan is. I had to break it down and tell her what to change on the burger to make it vegan. I'm unimpressed.Burgers came out quick and were overall alright but I won't be returning.2 years ago 4/5: Good food, meals always come out quick. Pretty tasty. Love the veggie fries, its a shame they are only limited edition. Actually shared this meal as it was too big for myself.

I am visiting town with a good friend of mine, and a local guy I know recommended this burger place.It was amazing I had Waikiki classic, it was so yummy. Just wish it was spicier, the chicken was so crunchy and juicy, the pineapple was a little small but it was so tasty!My friend had the Boston burger she said it was amazing,I also had the aero mint thick shake it was one of the best I have ever had! The service was fast can’t wait to go back

We were served promptly as we arrived. Our order was taken, drinks served immediately, and food served to our table within ten minutes of order. Great service, very commendable. Food was of good quality, freshly cooked and presented well. Good night out.

Burger Urge in Mackay pleasantly surprised me with their Keto bun option. As someone who isn't a fan of high-carb buns, finding a tasty alternative can be a challenge. But Burger Urge nailed it! The Keto buns taste almost like regular ones, but better. The staff were friendly, and the atmosphere was chill. The burgers were delicious, with juicy patties and fresh toppings. They also offer options for vegetarians and those with dietary restrictions. Overall, Burger Urge in Mackay is a great spot for a satisfying burger with a Keto twist.

If you're looking for a 'real' burger this is the spot. Food was fantastic, the flavours on the burger were spot on, chips were perfectly salted and the staff was great. Restaurant presented clean and well maintained. Will definitely be getting my burger urge fix from here again.

Burgers tastes nice but are way to small for what u pay for them.Ordered drinks never turned up even after asking waitress where they were.So ended up asking for our money back for the drinks.No sorry or anything.

Loved the burger and the Cauliflower bites. The cauliflower bites were so crispy from outside and the coating tasted really good. The chicken tenders were average, didn’t feel like hot and juicy. The burgers as usual were good and the Pattie’s were so juicy and the vegetables were fresh. Loved the special sauce and spicy mayo. The ambience of restaurant was great.

Expensive chips are 6.50 regular and they charge 1.50 for small tub of sauce. Overall okay. They said they don’t have any burger deals / meals that mean you have to pay 14.50 fo burger and fries 6.50 and drink 4$ and sauce 1.50. For a burger fries and chips it’s almost 25$ and burger has only lettuce chicken and sauce that’s all.
