I ordered 2 quarter chicken and chips and asked for extra chicken salt and stuffing at 9.30pm on the 12th of June. where to start wow absolutely garbage worthy. My partner had hair in her mouth and I found a blond hair in one of the boxes. There was no stuffing at all and the chips were cold and a heap of chicken salt on the bottom of the boxes as the chips were cold. Never again will I visit this store as this is not what I expected after paying for it. Safe to say most of our dinner was in the bin. The hygiene in this place would be absolutely disgusting. The owner/manager of this store must not be concerned at all after reading the reviews and noticing they have not replied to any reviews at this store. I’ll be contacting red rooster head office.

I phoned store to see if they had whole chicken. I was told they would be ready in half hour. Drove all the way to yamanto. Was told when I was in drive threw. Sorry we’ve sold out for today. I came within the half hour. Not happy jan

Order from doordash at 830pm on the 20/06/2023When the food arrived it was cold, If that was only issue it wouldn't of been a problem as that can be driver issue. but after eating I was physically ill all night vomiting my guys out.I know online orders late at night might be annoying but this is straight up a safety issue.

The size of their chicken pieces is like a parody. It almost feels as though they are laughing after they watch you walk out. The chips were also cold so its not just the company that sucks but the management of the store too. Overpriced and undersized. My spicy burger could easily fit another 2 strips, they are a touch bigger than a nugget. Also, the lazy staff member didn't put any mayo on. Id just go somewhere else. I won't be back.

Not good enough, the learner serving was polite and wonderful however the people packing the food despite I'm sure doing this for a long time could not put together a simple chicken and chip meal forgetting the chips, nor could they put together a nugget and chips meal forgetting the chips!! How hard is it!

Food was great,better than when i tried this Red Rooster through delivery, bought the Tropicana/Hawaiian box , service was quick and friendly, atmosphere well it was drive through so what can one say , it was easy acess.

Got dinner here for Christmas Eve, figured it would be busy so I ordered in the morning.We fed 9 adults and 3 kids out of $75 and got leftovers, and the roast chook was beautiful. Easy option for a sorta traditional Chrissy roast!
